After sales service is a reality at Teljoy Audio Visual, with online monitoring providing a monthly schedule for preventative maintenance for all contract systems. Sometimes we have done repairs without you being aware there even was a problem. We cover your systems with our 24/7 service.

The dedicated after sales support of Teljoy Audio Visual incorporates the service desk operational Monday am to Saturday pm. There is an afterhour’s line for technical assistance and emergency repairs – it therefore services your requests 24/7 throughout the year.

With a team of qualified and dedicated technicians, all calls logged before 10:00 in the morning will be attended to the same day and calls logged after that, will be attended to the same day if possible, otherwise the next business day.

The after sales service department will happily forward monthly reports on all logged service calls at customer’s request. This assists customers to see how efficiently, timeously and exceptionally the Teljoy Audio Visual team delivers its service to customer requests, adding value to our rental customers.

Plus the service desk uses an automatic communication system that notifies the call logger every time the status changes, from when the call is logged until the call is complete.

The Teljoy Audio Visual warehouse carries stock of most spare line items for facilitation in quick deployment to repair or replace faulty equipment and loan stock is available for equipment not repaired within 48 hours.
