Teljoy provide Teliris (Telepresence Vendor and managed services provider) with onsite Service Engineer support in South Africa on a next day SLA basis. This enables Teliris to support a number of its customers who procure their services globally. Teliris have found that despite Teljoy being contracted to a next day SLA they seldom meet it, instead they exceed it, often attending site the very same day allowing us to exceed our customers expectations beyond the contract.
